On 18-19 May 2026 PRC Europe celebrates a milestone: 10 consecutive years of advancing Downstream. What started in 2017 as a 200-person forum, for a decade has brought together more than 3,400 delegates from 1,662 companies and was supported by such industry giants as Eni, Aramco, OMV, Neste, MOL Group and others.



Every year, C-level executives, technical heads and top Downstream specialists from the oil and chemical companies, refineries, petrochemical plants and EPCs together with licensors, service providers and equipment manufacturers have arrived with fresh data and left with new partners or revised strategies in hand. From the first cautious talks on low-carbon fuels to today’s live demonstrations of AI-driven maintenance, the Congress has mirrored the industry’s own pivot toward circular feedstocks, hydrogen networks and deeper decarbonisation.
