Miika EEROLA is SVP of MOL Group DS Development since February, 2019 after 6 years of being SVP of DS Production. In his current position he is responsible for research and development, DS business and technology development activities, development and implementation of strategic projects and managing CAPEX portfolio. In 2011 he joined Česká Rafinérská first as Executive Technology and Investment Director, Member of the BoD and then he became Executive Production and Maintenance Director. His previous professional experience includes being Vice President, refinery manager of Porvoo and Naantali refineries. He has experience from different industries such as paper chemicals, industrial gases, steam cracker. He has a B.Sc., Process Technology and an Executive MBA - Helsinki School of Economics. He has finished Leadership for top Managers (Neste) and Business Leadership (FBL) - IMD, Lausanne.
