Mudhaffar Abdulrahman is a project manager with an engineering and a business administration background. During his 10+ years of experience, he has empowered teams to build a sustainable future through the execution of several large engineering projects in the chemicals and fuels industry. Currently Mudhaffar is managing the delivery of Shell’s greenfield biofuels plant in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
